The George Macy Imagery: 2013 in review

For those curious about what was popular here, WordPress has compiled my “best of 2013” report below!

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 27,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 10 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

I’ve just caught up with your 2013 report. Belated congratulations Jerry! It must feel good to know there are people all over the world from Peru to Russia, Norway to New Zealand who are logging into your site. It’s heartening that for all the bad uses the internet is put to from fraud to cyber-bullying it is still overwhelmingly a force for good, breaking through the barriers of physical distance and national prejudices (and the generation gap!) to create communities of people happy to share their experience and knowledge with others whom they may well never meet.
So here’s to an even more exciting and successful 2014 for the GMI – and all the best to you personally.

      Hi Jack,

Thank you for the kind words. :) I don’t know how exciting it’ll be for the next few months while I finish up my B.A., but we’ll just have to see what happens! I’ll keep posting, and I hope people will still be interested. :) Thanks again, and cheers!
